Testimonials

Mr. to Mrs. B. following signing of a labor law transaction:

« We would never have succeeded without you. We are happy to have crossed your path, you have been our key that allowed us to open a new door and continue our life without disappointment or resentment. Thank you for your availability, your honesty and above all the heart you put into each file you handle, you do honor to the profession of lawyer and we were very lucky to have you. »

Fees

In accordance with the ethical rules that govern our profession, the fees are freely set by the lawyer in agreement with his client, taking into account in particular the difficulty of the case and the time devoted to it. I pay particular attention to ensuring that billing is transparent and discussed before any service or overrun.

The first consultation will be invoiced at the firm’s hourly rate, unless it is followed by the opening of a file for which the invoicing terms are agreed upon.

Billing can be done by the hour or by the flat rate. The firm’s hourly rate is €200 excluding VAT. The flat rate is determined in agreement with you and recorded in a fee agreement. On request, we will send you a detailed statement of the due diligence carried out for you.
